We are excited to announce that one of our subdivision projects is now on the market, offering lots ranging from 364m2 to 500m2 in the popular and well-rounded suburb of Landsdale. Our team, working with our client Stoneridge, designed and obtained approval for the subdivision and development of the childcare centre. We were also required to assist with implementing the subdivision alongside civil engineering consultant, Tabec.
We are proud to have been involved in this project, which offers opportunities for over 30 families to begin the journey to their dream home.
