Green light for Providence Retirement Village - Wattle Grove

We are pleased to share that the $190-million Providence Retirement Village (Wattle Grove Lifestyle Resort) has been unanimously approved by Western Australia’s Metro Outer Development Assessment Panel.

Providence Lifestyle communities cater to a younger 55–70 demographic, offering an alternative approach to retirement living that supports connected, low-maintenance lifestyles focused on independence, wellness and community.

Designed with a strong sense of place, the development will deliver 190 homes across eight stages, featuring distinctive architecture, high-quality materials and well-considered community facilities that support connection and an active lifestyle.

These include a clubhouse, wellness retreat and pool, cinema, lawn bowls green, pickleball court and a range of shared meeting spaces, all set within a landscape that retains and celebrates the site’s mature tree cover and generous parkland.
