We are pleased to share that BHP’s new 40-group dwelling development in Port Hedland has been approved! Working with our client Pilbara Constructions, our services included initial design review, liaison with the local government, review of technical reports, DA lodgement and coordination and DAP representation for the project.

The new development at 12 Dempster Street will deliver safe, high-quality two- and three-bedroom houses, addressing previous challenges as a top priority. More housing stock is much needed in the area, and we are thrilled with this result, which will support the growing local community.
