We’re thrilled to announce one of our latest approvals—Nutrien’s new facility in Rockingham! Located at Lots 7 & 8 Alumina Road, East Rockingham, this newly approved development will be part of the Alumina Industrial Park, Perth’s emerging Southern Industrial Hub.
Project Highlights:
This approval includes the amalgamation of the two lots to ensure the entire development exists on one title. The facility itself is designed to be a modern, high-quality industrial site, featuring:
Warehouse facility with 17,493 sqm of fertiliser storage floor space with a total storage capacity of 129,315 tonnes!
Bagging area for packaging smaller fertiliser products for distribution
Two load-out areas, each with hoppers and connected to an enclosed weighbridge via a conveyor system for efficient truck loading
300 sqm office building to accommodate the administrative functions of the facility
The approved development aims to deliver a modern, well-designed and high-quality industrial facility, supporting the continued growth and use of the East Rockingham Industrial Area.
