We are excited to share that we have received successful approval for our client, Iron Mine Contracting, to develop their new premises within the Muchea Industrial Park!
Iron Mine Contracting, a renowned mining, civil and crushing contracting company operating throughout Western Australia, will soon start the development of a storage and mechanical repairs facility for mining equipment. This state-of-the-art facility will include a 2,438 sqm workshop with eight heavy vehicle bays, a 198 sqm single-story office and an 81.1 sqm mezzanine.
The new premises will be located at Lot 1 (No. 48) Canaveral Way, Muchea, alongside developed sites such as BP, Elders Rural Services and Bitutek. Additionally, upcoming developments from Ampol and iOR Petroleum will further enhance the area.
We are pleased to see the Shire of Chittering in favour of this high-quality, architecturally designed facility, which aligns with the objectives of the Muchea Industrial Park Structure Plan and is set to make a positive contribution to the Muchea industrial area.
