Successful commercial development approved for Bayswater after lengthy process!

This one was big! After two years in the making, including three SAT mediations and two DAP meetings, we are excited to announce the approval of a new mixed-use development for our valued client, AGEM Property Group.

The multi-tenanted commercial development, situated at 504-507 Guildford Road, Bayswater, is set to welcome a number of businesses, including 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and Hungry Jack's.
