On behalf of our valued client, Sullivan Property Consultants (SPC), Dynamic Planning is delighted to have secured approval for a new Perth Hills child care centre at Lesmurdie Village Shopping Centre.

SPC purchased a rundown shopping centre in Lesmurdie nearly two years ago with the genuine belief that their plans would enhance the amenities for the local community. From the beginning, it was identified that the inclusion of a facility to meet parents’ needs for child care services was of utmost importance.

Yesterday, the development was unanimously approved by JDAP after much effort and patience! A fantastic outcome for this centre and the Lesmurdie community, filling a critical service gap present in this Perth Hills region.
