Park Avenue has involved all spheres of the planning process converting the project site from ‘Rural’ zoned land to an ‘Urban’ precinct. In fact, Park Avenue is the first project to achieve high density residential development outside of the Town Centre precincts within the City of Gosnells.

The Larwood Crescent Precinct involves the planning and design of a former rural area within High Wycombe. Through key initiatives such as the State Sustainability Strategy and Network City, the project represents an excellent opportunity to facilitate urban consolidation and achieve sustainable planning practice.
The Structure Plan for the Larwood Crescent Precinct facilitates development incentives of existing significant dwellings, promoting active surveillance of regional open space and promotion of permeable road networks.

Through careful analysis of a local authority initiated revitalisation planning exercise of the Myaree precinct, significant concerns were identified by Dynamic Planning and Developments, which would have detrimentally impacted the long term operational functions of the client.
Through the application of a constructed and strategic planning submission and detailed negotiations with the local authority, the long term redevelopment interests were not only protected but enhanced, which now provides the Summit Development Corporation excellent opportunities for redevelopment.
